Baocharm Forms Strategic Partnership with Hanbell Precision Machinery

On December 6, 2023, Shandong Baocheng Refrigeration Equipment Co., Ltd. officially established a strategic partnership with Hanbell Precision Machinery Co., Ltd., signing a cooperation agreement in Liaocheng, Shandong.

Under this strategic partnership, Baocharm will collaborate with Hanbell Precision Machinery on ODM (Original Design Manufacturer) product development, aiming to enhance the compatibility of compressors with Baocharm's ice-making machines. Hanbell will develop and produce screw compressors specifically for Baocharm's ice-making machines, making Baocheng's products more energy-efficient and high-performing.

Hanbell Precision Machinery Co., Ltd. (Stock Code: 002158) was established in 1994 and listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange in 2007. The company has expanded with branches in Jinan, Guangzhou, Nanjing, and Chongqing, and has established subsidiaries in Zhejiang, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Vietnam, South Korea, and other locations.

Shandong Baocheng Refrigeration Equipment Co., Ltd., founded in 2014, is dedicated to the independent research, development, and production of various ice-making equipment, striving to provide excellent "Made in China" products. The company operates a 40,000 square meter R&D, manufacturing, and sales base in Shandong, managing a team of over 200 employees worldwide. Baocheng holds more than 30 patent technologies and has passed the ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 three-system certifications.
